No-Fault automobile insurance is insurance coverage that is designed to reduce litigation and even promote faster reimbursement in some cases. No-fault insurance will pay for injuries suffered by each driver, regardless of who was at fault for the accident. No-fault auto coverage can vary from state to state, so check with your local insurance provider. No-fault insurance refers to what's called an auto liability insurance system. This systems main function is to restrict lawsuits to more serious cases.
